About — Visual Studio Learn

Visual Studio Learn is the personal tech blog of Sajjad Ashraf, a Senior Software Engineer at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, with over a decade of experience across .NET, Java, Python/FastAPI, and cloud platforms (Azure, OCI).

The blog started in 2011 as a student's tutorial notebook. It is being revived with original, up-to-date articles — modern .NET, Python and FastAPI, SQL, and Azure — each paired where useful with a video on the author's YouTube channel (@SajjadAshraf037).

Everything here is written for learning purposes. Code samples are provided as-is; test them in your own environment before using them in production.
