CRPM Consumer Right Protection Manager

CRPM Consumer Right Protection Manager is a Desktop (Business) Application Developed For any C.D.G(City District Government) .The Basic Idea Behind this application Automatically Reply Incoming SMS , Understand SMS or Incoming Queries and Reply understandably and Reasonably To User Like (Real or authentic Price of queried grocery items. The User Just texts the Name of Grocery Item and Gets the Price back via automatic sms. Another Feature Of this Application is Buses Routes of the particular City. Suppose you are new to the city or don't exactly know what bus will take you to your desired destination. Worry no more, Just Send the place name where you are present and Destination place through SMS and you shall be delivered via SMS your desired Buses Route.

INTRODUCTION:

Consumer rights protection manager means that a platform which is aimed at spreading awareness among people and guiding them in purchasing any item at the most reasonable and correct price. It is not only tells the price to the user but also informs them the place and area in which the items are available. Text Messaging empowers businesses to send "just-in-time" messages when it is most critical for customers to have it. With a 95% Read-Rate - which is better than Print, TV, or Email - text messaging can be used to directly reach customers anytime and anywhere to deliver marketing messages like no other communications channel can provide. The customer need not be in front of their computer to get the message.

What is SMS?
SMS stands for Short Message Service. The term is also used to refer to a short message itself. It is a technology that enables the sending and receiving of messages between mobile phones in the mobile network. SMS first appeared in Europe in 1992. It was included in the GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) standards right at the beginning. Thanks to its success it was introduced to other wireless networks like CDMA networks.

INFORMATION ABOUT CRPM (CUNSOMER RIGHT PROTECTION MANAGER) SOFTWARE:

EQUIPMENT ARCHITECTURE:
It differs from other desktop texting software which relies on an Internet SMS gateway. Instead, we use our existing mobile phone, GSM modem or cellular terminal and connect it to the computer. The connection can be done via a USB data cable, serial data cable COM port.

WORKING:

1)    User text messages on a specific number (code) by typing the name of item
2)    Our software (CRPM) searches the text from the database and if it matches successfully it replies the actual price and the market price of that item and asks him/her that in which area he/she is located and from here it jumps to step no. 4.
3)    Else it replies "Sorry we are unable to find your query or you have typed incorrect message
4)    User receives reply about the located area
5)    Our software (CRPM) replies the complete addresses of the shop where the items are available on these prices
6)    Our system is responsible for maintaining all the sms records like (user mobile no, type message, sms receive time, sms deliver time, sms receive text, sms sent text)
