The 8 Samsung Devices Apple wants banned

Apple aims to ban a total of 8 samsung devices after its victory in the US patent case which resulted in awarding it $1.05 billion.

 The board of jury in USA granted Apple about $1 billion in recompenses. Since Samsung’s breach was also reasoned to have been deliberate, the compensations could be tripled. A sanction hearing has been fixed for September 20.

US Trials:Apple Wins Verdicts In Patent Case Over Samsung

Finally after an year of hardcore lawsuits against each other on Friday the jury decided that Samsung had in fact breached patent laws and in fact copied apple's iPhone and iPad. The jury ordered Samsung to pay Apple $1.05 billion. An appeal is expected.

Apple had filed this case back in April 2011and had seek help from highest paid patent lawyers to demand $2.5 billion  from Samsung  Samsung in return back filed a case against apple  demanding $399 million.But verdict, however, belonged to Apple, as the jury rejected all Samsung's claim against Apple.

Samsung knockout Apple in Seoul

South Korea's Samsung has won a home court ruling in its global smartphone battle against Apple with judges in Seoul saying the company didn't copy the look and feel of the US company's iPhone, and that Apple infringed on Samsung's wireless technology.

The Seoul Central District Court ruling called for a limited ban on sales of products including iPads and smartphones from both companies, though the ruling did not affect the latest-generation phones - Apple's iPhone 4S or Samsung's Galaxy S3.
